“52 years young” is what we like to call this project.Originally built in 1983, the home was in serious need of an update—and the new owners came inwith a bold vision.
Taken all the way back to the studs, the home has been refilled with light, life, and fresh energy. Modern windows and doors now frame the spaces, complemented by clean lines, thoughtful accents, and refined finishes from end to end. Personal touches are everywhere: a well-appointed scullery, a completely transformed backyard, a game room, and a chef’s kitchen designed for both function and flair. All mechanical systems were upgraded as well, bringing the entire home into a new era of comfort and
efficiency.
Entertainment was a central focus of the design, and the results speak for themselves—with a sparkling pool, expansive game room, and welcoming family area that together create an ideal environment for hosting and gathering.
What began as a nesting project for a couple has now become a dream home for a growing family—with two children and a beautiful space to build memories for years to come.
